Join a 13-time Triathlon World Champion and qualified outdoor recreation leader and triathlon coach for a small group outdoor adventure with a difference. Join in varied and challenging outdoor activities while exploring South Australia’s beautiful Limestone Coast. You will have the opportunity to run, swim, snorkel and kayak in stunning locations with other travellers possessing the same sense of fun and adventure.
Escape from gaol each day to exercise and have fun participating in some unique outdoor adventures. Run along the rims of extinct volcanoes, tackle the famous Tower climb, circumnavigate Mutton and Valley Lakes and see the sun rise over the magnificent Blue Lake.
Snorkel in the stunning crystal clear water at Ewens Ponds, swim in Little Blue Lake and take a refreshing recovery ocean swim at Salmon Hole, followed by a recovery float in the Pool of Siloam, seven times saltier than the ocean, and it's warmer.
Kayak around Valley Lake with kayaking tips and stroke correction from your qualified and experienced kayaking instructor. You will then have the confidence and the skills to tackle the full day Glenelg River kayak/run adventure.
You will also see some of the top tourist spots in the area as we travel between activities.
Nutritious meals and snacks will be supplied to keep you fuelled and have you ready for the adventures ahead.
